The Renaissance Box Office is open for phone and walk-up sales from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, and two hours before each performance.
The Box Office is located in the Renaissance lobby, at 138 Park Avenue West in Downtown Mansfield.
You may purchase tickets for any Renaissance event by phone, in person at our box office, or on this website by clicking any of the "buy tickets" links.
In order to provide the best ticketing transactions possible, the Renaissance does charge ticketing fees, paid by the purchaser on top of the price of each ticket. While ticketing fees may be frustrating to many patrons, we are proud to offer a fee to our patrons significantly lower than many other venues. Fees from national ticketing outlets have skyrocketed to an average of $8.00 per ticket. In keeping with the demands of our industry, while putting patrons first, we know these fees will allow us to continue to improve the ticketing process for all.
All Renaissance ticketing fees include $1.50 per ticket towards the preservation and restoration of the Renaissance. This fee is known as the "restoration fee". Monies collected for this fee are kept separate from all other monies and are devoted to the ongoing maintenance and preservation of our 1928 facility.

Subscribers pay only a $5.00 per order processing fee, and no other fees ever
Groups of 15 or more pay a flat $10.00 processing fee.
If you are unable to attend a performance, we welcome ticket exchanges up to 48 hours before the scheduled performance for a credit on your Renaissance account towards any future show. Also, subscribers may exchange and/or upgrade tickets as long as seats are available. Subscribers never pay a service charge for ticket exchanges. for non-subscribers, there is a $3.00 per ticket service charge for ticket exchanges or replacing lost tickets. For all ticket buyers, your ticket purchase may always be turned into a tax-deductible donation to the theatre if you are unable to attend. Contact the box office for more information. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on any ticket purchases.
May Renaissance events are perfect for children. We encourage parents to check out our Family Series of shows for some great ideas. Symphony Classics performances, some Broadway performances, and may of the Concert Connection shows are not appropriate for children. We encourage parents to give us a call when in doubt. Some performances may contain mature themes and children under the age of fourteen will not be admitted. DUE TO FIRE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS, EVERY PERSON, REGARDLESS OF AGE, MUST HAVE A TICKET TO ATTEND A RENAISSANCE EVENT. (Sorry moms and dads, but you can't hold your wee one on your lap if he or she doesn't have a ticket.)
Tickets ordered two weeks prior to an event will be mailed to you at your billing address. Tickets purchased less than ten days prior to an event will be held for will-call at the theatre. If you wish us to hold your tickets in will-call and not mail them, please let us know when ordering. Should your tickets not arrive two or three days prior to the event, give us a call and we'll be happy to reprint them for you!
The main floor of the Renaissance is wheelchair and handicapped accessible with wheelchair and companion seating available. Please request these seats when ordering. Assisted listening devices are available to all patrons at the box office the night of the performance. Advance notice is not required. Interpreting services can be made available with a request at least two weeks prior to the event. Two hours prior to any Renaissance Presented or produced event (rental events do not apply) you can walk up to the box office and purchase up to four tickets for just $10 each! These tickets are in the back of the balcony and are available on a first come first served basis. Please call the box office if you have any questions.
