The long and storied history of the Renaissance Theatre is one that we build on each year. With our Broadway and Family Series’ we bring the greatest entertainment in the country to Mansfield. Special events, the Renaissance Summer Musical and movies provide an opportunity for the community to participate and experience the theatre in a grand way!
Broadway Series
The Renaissance Broadway Series brings the best of Broadway to Park Ave. West. These national touring companies are celebrated across the country for providing Broadway's biggest hits on tour.
Richland Bank Family Series
Our new Richland Bank Family Series provides an eclectic variety of programming geared towards a family friendly evening out. The worlds greatest dance companies, Branson’s biggest stars, and timeless contemporary music.
Special Events
In addition to our series programs, the theatre hosts dozens of special events each year, like our showing of the Ohio State-Michigan football game in surround sound on our 40 foot movie screen..
Summer Shows
The Renaissance Summer musical is one of the most highly anticipated events of the year. Other events of the summer include hosting the Miss Ohio Scholarship Program each June, movies and concerts.
Movies
The rich history of the Renaissance began in 1928 when the theatre opened as one of Ohio’s grand movie palaces. Enjoy movie festivals and other special events on the largest movie screen in the County.

Amazing Women, Inspiring Lives. The Renaissance is proud to present, for the first time in our history, a community lecture series! This year we've selected two incredible women wieh amazing stories to tell.
